The last couple months have been a whirlwind! A lot of late evenings, troubleshooting, reconfigurations, pink folding chairs, and third-party calibrations to get our systems up to FDA testing standards for drugs for human use.
While it has often been a challenge, we are proud of setting up a lab this quickly and excited to start testing soon. Our Agilent 1200 HPLC system is now qualified, which means we have documented objective evidence that all the modules are working accurately.
Method development for tirzepatide assay is complete. Now we are writing the method validation protocol to prove the method is accurate, precise, specific, and linear for the range of concentrations we will be testing.
